Property was absolutely stunning, check in was super simple with the owners meeting you and even assisting with pick up from the airport! Location was perfect for us, a short walk into Lapad which was chilled and relaxed and also a short Uber trip into the Old town! Owners were super responsive and always happy to help. Apartment was really clean, fresh soft towels provided and beach towels, very good air conditionings. The view from the living room was breathtaking and worth every penny. It also helps to see how many cruise ships are in the port each morning to predict how busy the Old town would be which was really helpful! I would defiantly rebook and recommend to you others!

The standard of the Villa was outstanding and the views were spectacular from the glass fronted living space The kitchen was fully equipped and washing machine was a bonus. There was extra towels beach towels Mats etc The outdoor area and swimming pool was spotless and the hosts were so welcoming and there to greet us from a late flight We would definitely recommend this property to our friends

Wonderful accommodating owners. So friendly. So kind. Modern, clean apartment, everything you could need for a family holiday. Stunning triple aspect views. Beautiful finish. Super comfy beds. Spotless pool, just amazing. Great location to head to all the beaches and restaurants. We loved it!
