House Nina is perfectly located just inside the walls of Old Town. Very reasonably priced for the location.

We spent 2 days in this apartment in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. As typical for the historic center, the space was compact but thoughtfully arranged – clean, well-equipped, and with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect and definitely the highlight of our stay. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free – highly recommended!

Easy to find, however I think the place would definitely benefit from having a sign outside that says "House Nina" or something of the same effect. The facilities inside were excellent; rooms were spacious considering it's the Old Town. Air conditioning was a welcome surprise, although it wasn't really needed while I was there.

The location was great right near the central strip of Dubrovnik Old Town. There were three of us, with enough beds to house eight, so we were spoilt for choice. Damir was a great host and offered us lots of information. Just a shame we were only staying the one night, so we couldn't really use too much of it though.
