The property was exceptionally clean and had great facilities. We had a split-level mezzanine type bedroom which sits above the living/kitchen area. The solid oak staircase is eye catching. The bathroom was great with a lovely shower. The sunbathing area and pool are ideal for relaxing - especially in the height of summer. The accommodation is really well located on a main bus route which was particularly helpful for frequent trips to Dubrovnik centre. Bus number 4 does the trick and it was 2.5€ each per single trip, cheaper if tickets are pre-bought from the newsagents. Luko who picked us up from the airport was absolutely brilliant, very well-versed about his hometown and extremely helpful with everything we needed to know about Lapad, Babin Kuk, neighbouring islands and the Old Town.

How quiet and relaxing it was most of the time had pool area to ourselves, lovely rooms and very clean everywhere

It was in a good location, near a bus stop to go directly to the old town. There was a few supermarkets nearby and it was close the Lapad promenade. The swimming pool was a good size and was clean with sunbeds. The bed comfortable, although the sloping roof line in the loft was not a problem for us (we are not tall), it may bother taller people. They supplied coffee as well as the coffee machine. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with Ana was excellent and very responsive. Internet was excellent.

It was clean and quiet. Pool was available. Next to the apartment is a grocery shop and a bus station. Also everything necessary for the kitchen and bathroom was available. Beautiful place, recommend.
