Please note that the front desk is open only from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 until 23:00. Should the guests arrive outside of front desk working hours we kindly request to notify the front desk and someone will be there to assist with the check-in process. Please note that the property is accessed via 60 steps. The property is located in a building with no elevator.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Fantastic location next to the beach - outside of the old town center which makes it so much more relaxing. Super nice breakfast with new food hand made every morning. Incredibly friendly personnel. Thanks for the great stay, we will be happy to visit again.

Very casual comfortable hotel. Good buffet type breakfast with good choice Very good quiet position about 45 minutes walk to old town. Close to beach’s and lots of eating choices close by

Art Hotel is a fantastic base to explore Dubrovnik! A 10 min bus ride to the old town but also surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. We really enjoyed the breakfasts which were partnered by a sublime view of the bay. Our favourite part of the stay was the staff. Klara and Ivan were friendly, helpful and very welcoming! By the end of the stay we felt very at home! If/when we return to Dubrovnik we will certainly stay here again!

The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere calm The staff was exceptional, especially Ivan who really is a top notch guy !
