It was a nice modern apartment with all the required amenities for a relaxing stay, it has a grocery store just in-front and bus stop at a very close proximity with a very frequent buses to Old town. Property owner Ante was a nice person and always available and helped us with many recommendations on what to visit and how to reach there, he also helped us with early checkin which was smooth and storing our luggage until late to accommodate our flight time. Overall it was a very nice stay with a minor setback but Ante was very attentive and quick to respond and help. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and look to revisit in future.

Great apartment with easy pedestrian/bus access to the main attractions. Very handy to have a washing machine and kitchenette with stoves and a microwave. Made our stay in Dubrovnik very easy. Also within very short walking distance to multiple grocery stores. Ante was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early. The apartment was very clean, had good air conditioning and hot water system.

Location - convenient to all tourist attractions. Bus stops including airport shuttle are just behind the apartment. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and shops are nearby. Less than 10 mins walk from the port. Good mountain view from the apartment. The host was very accommodative - allowed us to check in at 1pm and left our luggage at the apartment for a few hours after check out. Gave us helpful information about airport shuttle bus. The room had all essential facilities. Detailed information was given for check in and going around the city.

Ante was very helpful, brought us towels to use at the beach and there's a helpful guide in the apartment. Location was great for our boat tour, 5 min walk from pickup location. 10 min uber ride into old town, I believe there's also buses nearby but it was simple enough to get an uber for 7-15 euro depending on time. The apartment is beautifully staged and spacious, nice view of the hillside. We actually extended our stay in Dubrovnik and booked an apartment in old town which is really nice but twice the price with less space. We would have preferred to have extended our stay in Xandy apartments as there's also a washing machine there. Also it's basically part of a small shopping centre with all the necessary shops nearby. Elevator in building was nice to have too.
