Excellent apartment in a very safe area, well equipped, big and very clean. 15 minutes walk to the old center. The balcony had an amazing view to the old town. The host wait us and give all the details, good communication. Safe parking space. Highly recommended, great value!

The apartment was pretty much as described, and the host, Risto, provided excellent communication prior to arrival, and was there to meet me with a smile on arrival. It was a hot day, and after climbing hundreds of steps from the Ploče Gate bus stop to Villa Kosovic, a little rest in the air-conditioned comfort of my apartment was really appreciated. The only issue I would mention is the pedestrian access from/to the old town. It helps if you are reasonably fit, but otherwise you can get an Uber (which are plentiful in Dubrovnik) for about EUR 10. I would definitely recommend Villa Kosovic, as long as you're aware of its location details, and I would certainly stay there again when visiting Dubrovnik.

The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay, which made it very comfortable. The view from the balcony was truly wonderful, and I am really glad we could spend our summer holiday here. The host was extremely kind, and communication with him was smooth
