Spectacular view from the balcony. Modern spacious apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Walking distance to the old town. A lot of amenities, snacks and drinks provided.

Ivan was a fabulous host who gave us such a warm welcome. The apartment is incredibly spacious with beautiful views and a full supply of treats to enjoy. Ivan was super helpful, helping us out with luggage storage and sorting our taxi when we got caught out with no cash! We enjoyed every minute. Thanks again, Ivan!

Placed at the Lapad bay, with a magnificent view from its balcony.One bedroom with a large,comfortable bed,living room ,kitchen and two bathrooms.One large bathroom with bath tub and a smaller one with washine machine for laundry.The apartment was clean and close to the Old Town ,5 to 8 minutes with bus route 6. Ivan was kind to make the living room sofa as bed ,as requested.He had milk ,butter and beers at the refrigerator as well as salty and sweet snacks and plenty of coffee sticks for breakfast.Also 2 towels for swimming were provided.
