Please note our building doesn't have Reception 24h that's why Contactless Check in is required. We will be in touch with the guest soon enough to organize their check in. In that case the payments will be done before the guests arrive at the Property.Please note that the total amount of guests must be entered in the reservation. Only declared guests will be able to check-in. Visitors are not allowed.The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in.The number of guests attending must be stated in the reservation and for extra guests, there is a EUR 40 fee per person, per night. Children under 5 years old can stay for free.When booking for 9 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.Please note that guests have to contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in.Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee:

Very happy with our stay. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely helpful. Ideal to have SPAR basically next door. Good facilities. It’s about a 20 minute walk down to the river, and 40 minute walk to the furthest away point we went to which was the Teeling Distillery - walking was fine, and we used FreeNow Taxi’s when raining :)

Easy walk to Connolly Station for transport or a fifteen min bus ride into y from near the apartment. Apartment was clean and staff were so helpful.

Had a great weekend stay here as a group of 4, the place really was perfect. We were attending an event which was in walking distance but everything went extremely smoothly from the check-in process and any communication I had with the accommodation was seamless. Will definitely stay here again

The apartment was in a good location and was very spacious, however the TV didn't work and after removing the bedding from the beds to make it easier for the cleaners we noticed one double quilt was badly stained and really shouldn't of been used.
