A prepayment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking and is required to secure your reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please note, all beds are 120cm-wide, small double beds, as opposed to 135cm-wide standard double beds.Upon arrival, guests are welcome to pick up a complimentary towel at the reception, with one towel allotted per person. For additional towel refreshes, there will be a charge of €5 per towel.Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of EUR 5 per bag.Shower gel is available at reception Double rooms have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.All rooms are non-smoking and there is a fine of EUR 150 for smoking in the building.A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Excellent value for Dublin prices. Near bus routes or walkable to city. Little Tesco downstairs and Lidl not far walk. Access to kitchen space with kettle, oven, hob and microwave. Plenty of fridge space. Pleasant room. Big window, bright. Decent shower. Tea and coffee downstairs was a nice surprise. Quiet place.

The kitchen area downstairs was a lovely addition, and the pool table and table tennis were amazing also.
