Location was great, room very clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodation for an early check in also.

Room 212B was clean and well presented. Concierge staff were well presented, helpful and pleasant. Were apologetic due to issues I experienced with WIFI and Hot water not working.
