Exceptional stay all around, I am happy with my choice Clean decent rooms well air-conditioned esp travelling in the Dubai Summer Clean pool area with helpful pool staff Special thanks to TJ at the front desk for upgrading us to an amazing bigger room with good views!!! Another special shoutout to Moses at the concierge desk, so warm and helpful and friendly, just what you need when you on Vac!!! Oh porters at the entrance make you feel so welcome !!! Thank W Dubai Palm…hope to back again in Jan!!

Loved the detail to attention that echoed throughout every aspect of the W. Their staff were friendly and helpful. The accomodation itself was great too. I will definitely be returning.
