The stuff was very kind and helpful, especially the manager and Abdul. First, we had a room, and we were not happy with it. The manager gave us a very nice upgrade to a one bedroom suite, thank you for that 😀 The location was perfect as well.

The reception / front desk staff (especially Anne were) always there to help. Also the housekeeping staff was very helpful .

Reception (Anne ) and (Abdullah) was excellent and of course the amazing division manager Mr.yousef from lebnan was the best manager i saw

Villa Rotana was an excellent choice for us, downtown, within 5min to the metro rails, supermarkets and restaurants. We would book it again next time. Thank you Not much.
