The staff was amazing I travelled because it was my birthday and without telling them just by sharing my passport,they delivered a thoughtful cake , it made sooo happy , immediately they stay with them the hotel sends you WhatsApp so it because easy to reach out to them as a traveller from Uganda my friends and I had a great time here, Natalie the was great giving us good deals on activities, Natalie was very hospitable, very warm very proactive, having her at the premises was great. Breakfast was a feast ,I like that Breakfast took longer time I loved the there were so many options, I enjoyed my stay, the gym was lovely the equipments ,the vibe at the swimming pool at night ,will definitely be back, the hotel is beautiful

The hotel is conveniently located with metro station under 10 mins walk away, basketball and volleyball courts bang behind the hotel, and the mosque 2 mins walk away. Supermarket, currency exchange and restaurants all a minute away. The breakfast is not only delicious, it’s a great spread and the staff at the breakfast is phenomenal. They’re prompt in refilling, clearing plates to free up tables, and catering to special dietary need - all with a smile, every single one of them. The housekeeping take the rooms upkeep seriously. Their supervisors are constantly doing quality checks and guest surveys . Not to forget, the concierge and the reception staff are super helpful and reliable. Good value for money. Highly recommend

I had an excellent stay. The hotel is in a great location, a pleasant neighborhood just five minutes from the metro station. The rooms and facilities were clean, the staff very welcoming and hospitable, and the breakfast plentiful with a wide variety of options.
