We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and once again, everything was exceptional. This was our third time staying here, and the experience continues to exceed our expectations. During our stay, we had an incident where my wife accidentally left her ring in a taxi. Thanks to the hotel staff’s swift and professional response, we were able to recover the ring very quickly. Their efficiency and genuine concern truly impressed us. We would especially like to extend our sincere gratitude to Wondu from the staff, who went above and beyond to assist us during this stressful situation. His dedication, calm approach, and willingness to help made a big difference. This hotel continues to be our top choice thanks to its excellent service, warm atmosphere, and outstanding staff. Highly recommended.
