Your apartment was just fabulous and your good energy, your kindness and attention to any question was just amazing. Thank you for everything! We had such a wonderful time at your place and straight on the beach with all the colourful surroundings and those beautiful sunsets in the evening:) thank you and for sure we will definitely see again! Very well located and well equipped, this apartment was a great place to end our vacation in Dubai. Aymen was super flexible and helpful and attentive. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. It’s on the 24th floor and you get some pretty nice views of the water and surrounding area. The only real downside was that there was some construction going on upstairs and also at the main entrance so we had to leave and enter the building via the garage.

We love the marina area, therefore we have stayed in this apartment several times. Balcony views are spectacular. There are numerous restaurants close by, with ease of access to other parts of Dubai via taxis, metro. Numerous supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. Aymen responded to texts & addressed concerns to the best of his ability. Some are not quick fixes which will require further attention. We appreciated the welcome gifts. Aymen provided clear check-in & check-out instructions. There were a few negatives, minor and major, which require attention. Broken cladding, above balcony, allowing birds to access. This is annoying when sitting on the balcony, bird debris has to be cleaned daily & not hygienic. Apartment requires a good clean; definitely not deep cleaned prior to our arrival. Apartment requires repairs throughout to maintain its appeal, eg leaking showers, cracked sink, re-grouting in shower in 2nd bathroom, ants in various rooms. Apartment, interior & exterior, is looking tired, dated and faded. Opened food left in the fridge & cupboards from previous tenants.

Good sized apartment for family of 5, en-suite to each bedroom was a bonus. Excellent location for marina and beach.apartment well equipped as was the complex, nice pool and fitness facilities.
