Staff is very helpful & Cordial , Quick room service! Good family friendly safe hotel. Especially when travelling alone. Well looked after especially the night reception staff during my stay should get a year end bonus for doing such a remarkable job !

This was our fourth visit, and it coincided with our wedding anniversary. We stayed in room 905, which offered a lovely view of Deira city. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, naturally making guests feel comfortable and at home. We will certainly return.
