When we arrived, we were early, but the lady who I believe may have been the manager sorted this out for us and gave us an amazing room with a great view, which we were delighted about. Oyasim truly made our stay. While we were there, it was a special occasion, and he decorated the room beautifully. He communicated with us daily to check if we needed anything or if there was anything he could do differently. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
