This is my second time visiting the hotel but a first with my family. A special shout-out to Michael (from the breakfast team) and Oksana. Also the pool bar staff and the life guards. They were amazing and truly made this trip feel great. They were so hospitable every single time I encountered them. Also loved Manish from fhe risen coffee bar in the reception thank you for making such great drinks.

The staff at the front desk is very professional, friendly and always attentive to your request. Not to mention the breakfast restaurant, it is delicious, there is variety in the food and the taste, very good. My favorite place is the Latin American restaurant! 🇨🇴 Thank you it was a wonderful stay, see you soon.
