The fine print
Once the reservation is confirmed, a 3D secure payment link will be sent to the guest to complete the payment for Non-Refundable and Peak Period bookings.

Should the original card not be available, the property reserves the right to reprocess the full payment using an alternative method. The initial charge will be refunded in accordance with the property's policy.
All room types, with the exception of the Three Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, are entitled to one complimentary parking space.
The Three Bedroom Deluxe Apartment includes two parking spaces, subject to availability.

Clean, friendly staff, right next to the event venue (World Trade Centre), big rooms, swimming pool, easy to go explore parts of Dubai from there, close to airport.

The rooms are well maintained. Staff do a good job regularly cleaning and changing towels & bedding. Well equipped with separate laundry washers. Breakfast options is really good. Parking is provided. Peaceful stay. Prime location.

Unfortunately I did not have a chance to try the breakfast during this stay but i will definitely make sure to try it on my next visit.
