The hotel was very nice, we were very pleased, the room cleaning etc. was very nice, thank you. However, the employees in the lobby of the apartment section were generally very sullen and angry. As someone who has been to Dubai many times before for a holiday, this was the first time I encountered such sullen and indifferent lobby employees. In the lobby of the apartment section, a short, thin and hairless gentleman first scolded me and then my daughter. Since we only have one card, we asked him to press the elevator, so ask your landlord for a new card, he said I can't open the door He said sentences after me because my daughter came I opened it to her just now and said go to your landlord and ask for another card he got angry with my daughter too we encountered an extremely harsh and angry tone. Since I don't know his name I will describe his appearance again the thin short male employee who works in the apartment section in the evenings without hair. It upset us very much to be exposed to this attitude in such a hotel. While we are used to smiling faces and greeting each other when entering and exiting the hotel in all hotels in Dubai, it surprised us to experience this situation in one of the most luxurious hotels of JBR
