Lovely Apartment. Very big two bedroomed. Located on the 9th floor of 30 floors in the building, so great views. 3 x lifts available. Loved the outside patio seating area, which also had an airer for clothes. Security 24 hours in foyer who were helpful. Good communication with HAVN Management . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. Lovely pool... but sun disappears by 1pm around pool and there's nowhere else to sit in the sun around the property, unfortunately. But you've probably had enough sun by that point anyways. We went in August and it was 44'c with humidity taking it to 51'c... beware and drink lots! If you haven't been to Dubai, use Careem for food/hala taxis (all cheap). Talabat app for food also brilliant. Always quick delivery out there... we didn't step into one supermarket 😅
