First of all, the location, close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. Nice balcony with view to Burj Khalifa. Easy check-in, check-out, safe place. The studio is comfortable, with good facilities. As it looks in the foto.

Second time in one week! Even with a water view, they really know how to give you the right vibe through the interiors. It was amazing. The room was even more beautiful than the one I had the previous week. This time everything was perfect. Clean bathroom, everything you need, and a mattress you never want to leave. I have finally found my place in Dubai every time I come. You truly feel at home and it is one of the few areas where you can go out and walk among skyscrapers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

could not have asked for anything better in terms of view and height. The location is fantastic and you can even reach the Burj Khalifa on foot with a pleasant walk among brand new skyscrapers and many more still under construction. The bedroom was wow and the building itself is beautiful. For this reason alone, the stay was amazing. However, having a great view is not enough. The only point I could criticize is the bathroom cleanliness, which was not exceptional, and there were some crumbs on the bedroom floor. Nothing serious, it can happen, but it is still fair to point out these oversights when they occur. I cannot wait to come back.
