Very low price as for a property in Dubai Marina. I’ve stayed in similar apartments in that zone and always paid at least 50% more. I recommend it to whoever is a gym freak like me as the gym in the building is very well equipped. In the same building (door right next to the entrance) there is a little supermarket open 24/7 which was a game changer. The pool is very nice and the terrace is super big. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, nothing was missed. The host was always available, helping in case of any need. Would absolutely go back.

Close proximity to the tram, many good restaurants surrounding is a plus. The host was very supportive and made the stay comfortable. Marina Walk and JBR are at a few mins walking distance. Many good recreational activities are surrounding the place. Enjoyed like staying at home while enjoying the sea view from the apartment. The best thing is the fruit basket and mix try fruits host has provided to made me feel good. The kitchen is fully equipped along with some cooking oils and spices, while the laundry is equipped with detergent, which made the stay comfortable as I did not rush to the supermarket down the building to buy those. It was very well presented like a show house and was invited with special date chocolates & a bouquet of rose flowers . Very close to the marina walk and all amenities in the same apartment & building. Very close to supermarket and convenience stores in the same building including dry cleaning facilities if needed. Close to tram station nearby which is a 5 minute walk.
