The location was just fantastic. You could just sit in the balcony and watch part of the water fountains and the Burj Khalifa lighting. The apartment was spotless clean and very spacious. The area is buzzing with restaurants open till 3 in the morning and 24 hour supermarkets all in walking distance.

The apartment is located on the road that surrounds the main tourist attractions in the city center (Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, Dubai fountains, Dubai opera), which can be accessed very quickly by an easy walk. In addition, from the height of the 22nd floor, it benefits from an impressive and unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa building, being able to quietly admire this unique building from the balcony. The location also benefits from an outdoor swimming pool with warm water, approximately 20 meters long, located on the 7th floor, with a lifeguard. The host was always interested in ensuring a pleasant stay and provided all the details to the questions. Access to the apartment was very easy. The apartment is well-kept, clean, fully equipped and modern.
