1. Location. Close to shopping malls, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and metro station. 2. Room. Huge and clean, furniture in good condition. 3. Facilities. Swimming pool and gym. The equipments are in good condition. 4. Staff. Very helpful especially Kabita of housekeeping.

The room was good and large, the property is located in an area accessible by various means of public transport facilities available in the city. For the question about cleanliness I will give a score of 3 from a possible maximum of 5

The location is great near the metro station, shopping centres and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I always stay at the Star Metro Deira hotel and strongly recommend it. The swimming pool is great.
