Location was excellent Gym was decent. Better than I expected. Rooms were massive. Staff very helpful. Overall, price was very good for 6 nights

The room and the apartment were nice..amazing view and very nice staff 'especially Nitu. He was very helpful, and the owner was very nice and didn't hesitate when I requested a late checkout

Very close to everything. 0-24 non-stop cheap shops just a few meters away. Tram , metro, beach, restaurants are walking distance too. Nitu our host was a very nice gentleman, we felt at home , he is really into solve anything you ask for. Appreciate your help, thank you! The place is not the most modern, but you have everything, it is clean, no cockroaches, no mold, we were at the 35th floor. I highly recommend if you dont want to stay at a luxurious place and the price matters. During our stay the other two rooms was in use but we didnt hear a noise as they were normal people.

Fine 3-room shared lat on 15th floor and nice view from 14th floor(at least from our room), even though we did not choose the option with view. Near tram and central in Dubai
