I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s always a great experience. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff are professional, friendly, and always smiling. The location is excellent—very close to Downtown Dubai, with many nice cafés nearby. You don’t even need a car; everything is within walking distance

The staff was amazing and so helpful!! It’s in a great location and all the buildings facilities were perfect. I also traveled with my cat and he was as welcomed as I was! I will 100% be booking again for my next stay in the city

Excellent location and the apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Katrina Store with cafe is very convenient to have on your doorstep. There are also other handy convenience stores and restaurants nearby including canalside restaurants. The apartment is of a luxury standard. I enjoyed using the rooftop pool. Reception staff Momen, Dominic, Luna looked after me well as did the manager Zaffer. Friendly, courteous and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
