The fine print
VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Loved the pool area and the breakfast spread was exceptional. The location is amazing although I did want the balcony but it was okay. There was a guy at reception who was very friendly and pleasant from Africa (Ghana I think).
