After spending time in a few hotels during this holiday to Dubai, I have to say this hotel was hands down the best. Rooms were large and my room overlooked the Burj Khalifa. The staff were brilliant, particularly the doormen and tipping goes a long way to being looked after. I purchased half board with my room (Breakfast and Dinner) and I have to say, I have never seen so much food that caters for all tastes and if you are considering staying here, highly recommend the half board

Love the staff services. Staff seem genuinely motivated to do a great job. Great thanks to the conceige team, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Even the shuttle car staff that takes us to Dubai mall. Horizon lounge room and services was excellent. Food quality at horizon lounge and breakfast at ground floor was excellent.

Room service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, it is the reason I will stay here again. I Especially appreciated the service provided by the one of the doormen, a Mr Khodarahm, exemplary customer service !!
