The service at this Shangri La is what makes the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Lots of people around to help. The additional lounge access is very good and helped us with our stay. The food quality and choice there was excellent and worth the additional charge. Kieth and the team in the lounge were friendly and pleasant. The size of the 3 bedroom apartment was superb.

I searched for a place in a central location that could conveniently fit a group of four people, give everyone enough privacy, yet have an area to get together and hang out, plus have typical hotel services. Shangri-La really ticked all the boxes! 3 rooms with 4 beds! Extra room for the maid. Perfection. Unlike most properties with 3 beds for 3 rooms. Comfy lobby, swimming pool with Burj Khalifa view, friendly staff, and central location. The rooms are quite old, but that's a small matter compared to everything else. Great stay!
