Quiet location, room was large with 2 bathrooms (we had a suite) and 2 balconies. Views are beautiful over the Palm. Taxi’s readily available and inexpensive. Food/drink on rooftop bar was very good. It’s a compact hotel, not as luxurious as some of its neighbours (we were in the Taj too).

The staff were incredibly kind—from the first day to the last, they were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist without expecting anything in return. They were also very quick to help with Uber or taxi orders and were always there when needed. The food was absolutely amazing. We even enjoyed a fantastic romantic dinner on the beach, with exquisite dishes and a beautifully arranged setup. We also received many thoughtful gifts from them, and they were exceptionally welcoming with children. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
