We had a wonderful stay at Royal Ascot Hotel. The room was perfect—especially after long days of shopping and touring around Dubai. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was just perfect, which really mattered after a tiring day out. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was extremely helpful and hospitable. A special mention to Sahil at the front office and Suman from the housekeeping team—they were amazing and always attentive. Our heartfelt thanks and special love to Saima from the Front Office for her warmth, support, and excellent service. She truly went the extra mile and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!
