We loved the hotel's location as it is situated only a 15-minute walk from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the Downtown area. While not very large, the pool area is perfectly fine, especially since it overlooks the Burj Khalifa. Our room also had a great view of it, which was an amazing sight at night. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Ramadan is very good in service. He help me check in and out smoothly. The location is great. I like there is super market here and game room, gym, swimming pool.

What I loved about my stay: From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the hotel’s signature scent and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely valued — I was greeted numerous times throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Overall, a wonderful experience that truly made me feel at home.
