The fine print
Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passports, UAE Emirates IDs, and GCC IDs are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling, and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if, for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with an alternate credit card; failing which the resort has the right to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all bookings require full payment. The hotel reservations team will send a secure link for credit card payments. Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. Visa, Amex, and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received. New Year’s Eve dinner is compulsory; rates on 31 December include the gala dinner supplement of AED 3000 per adult. Extra guests & children’s prices will be charged upon check-in. Child: 3–12 AED 1500 per child, below 3 complimentary. All-inclusive accommodation is free of charge for the first child aged under 12 sharing a room with their parents. For a second child from 6 to 12 years old, a supplement of AED 475 per night will be charged upon check-in. For all-inclusive bookings at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites, the All Day Dining restaurants do not require any reservation. Reservation Terms & Conditions for our à la Carte Restaurant:- The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
- A minimum length of 3 nights stay is required for à la Carte usage.
- For three-night stays, guests are eligible for complimentary use of two a la carte restaurants at most.
For stays above four nights, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times at maximum in a la carte restaurants; however, extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.
- A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby, and bookings are subject to availability.
As per our all-inclusive offering, guests are entitled to dinner with unlimited in-house alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our a la carte restaurants.
- All bookings at the a la carte restaurants are subject to availability, and using a la carte during the above-mentioned stay periods is not guaranteed.
- The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans, tailored shorts, and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants. UAE National attire is welcomePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We’ve stayed in several top-rated hotels in Dubai over the years, but nothing compares to the experience we had at Rixos The Palm. From the moment we arrived until the moment we (reluctantly) checked out, the service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were absolutely outstanding. The food deserves special mention: an exceptional variety, freshness, and quality across all restaurants. The buffet was consistently rich and beautifully presented, offering something for everyone at every meal. The sushi evenings were a true culinary delight – a beautifully laid-out sushi bar with a wide and generous selection that felt more like a specialty restaurant than a hotel offering. The restaurants and bars are of a remarkably high standard, not only in food quality but also in service – professional, fast, attentive, and always with a smile. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a drink by the pool – we felt genuinely cared for. What truly sets Rixos apart is the service. We’ve experienced great hotels, but the level of care, responsiveness, and warmth from the staff here was unmatched. From the front desk to the WhatsApp personal assistant, every request was handled quickly and kindly. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. Our room was kept immaculately clean, with fresh flowers and thoughtful touches every day. The housekeeping team was meticulous, and their attention to detail made us feel special. One of the highlights was how the hotel made our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday unforgettable – surprising her with not one, but five different birthday cakes throughout our stay in the most heartwarming and joyful moments. It’s that kind of thoughtful gesture that makes Rixos more than just a hotel – it becomes a cherished memory.

Restaurant was family friendly with brilliant child meal options, particularly for babies with pouches available. Soft play inside the Buffet was a nice touch to allow you to eat your food whilst your child played. Lots of Pools with a swim up bar, kids club pool and inside softplay which was great for the hot parts of the day.
