Having previously lived in Dubai for many years, we are familiar with DAMAC Hills and the good location. Pretty much all that you need is on the doorstep, with a small mall and a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is on the top floor and offers a magnificent view of the golf course. Very handy to have the use of an allocated parking space in the building basement. The public facilities are neat and tidy and well maintained.
