1st of all, I wanna thank Ms Ruqaiya (receptionist) for her generosity and kindness for giving us an upgrade. Ramada hotel not just met my expectations. it has shown the real meaning of hospitality and customer service. Amazing staff, from security guard to manager level Rooms were outstanding and breakfast was super amazing 👏 I'm gonna make it sure whenever my family needs a staycation it will only be RAMADA JBR THANK YOU
