Had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel by Wyndham Barsha Heights. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized—truly a relaxing experience. Will definitely return!

One of the best travel experiences of my life! This was our first time in Dubai and staying at this hotel made our trip truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect — from the check-in to the final goodbye. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the amazing staff who made us feel so welcomed and taken care of: • Lingesh was the very first person we met upon arrival. He greeted us with warmth and helped with our luggage immediately. He welcomed us with a big smile after a long and exhausting journey. He kindly took our bags upstairs, and it truly felt like we were already home. • Collins was very professional and accommodating. He kindly arranged a late checkout and allowed us to store our luggage safely after check-out, which gave us so much flexibility on our last day. • Bhawna is the sweetest lady! She was always nearby, checking in with us, making sure everything was okay. And the highlight — she arranged a surprise birthday cake at midnight! I didn’t expect it at all, and it meant so much to me. • Sahil at the front desk was also extremely polite and attentive throughout our stay. So sweet and helpful with our late comes in the night😅 • Germae, thank you for keeping our room spotless every single day. Everything felt clean, fresh and well-maintained — like walking into a newly prepared room every time. • Waqas helped us at the end with our baggage. We were not sure that we have the right weight for airport. He kindly took our bags and didn’t hesitate to take us to a separate room with industrial scales to help weigh our bags — this was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I hope I didn’t forget anyone else! Be sure guys - you made my day! ⸻ ✨ The room was exactly as shown in the photos — modern, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything felt new and well taken care of. ⸻ We truly felt cared for by the entire team. Thank you for making my birthday so special and our first trip to Dubai absolutely magical.
