Everything was great. I arrived at the hotel at 12 p.m. and was immediately checked in, even though the official check-in time was 3 p.m. The staff, food, and location were all excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff, Very clean hotel. Varied and plentiful breakfast, 19 minutes walk to the mall.

Staff is just wow!! They are super warm. I would personally like ti name Akbar, Anees, Raveena, the whole check in and receiving staff. They are super professionals and very welcoming. As a team they made my stay very comfortable. This is my 10th trip to Ramada Downtown. I stay here every time I come to Dubai. This hotel has become like my second home.

All staff were excellent. Caring, kind and exceptionally helpful. Maricris again has been absolutely five star. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Families, couples and as a work base. Location is very central for downtown.
