I stayed here so I could be close to my daughter and grandson nearby. It was incredibly clean, all staff very attentive. Big shout to the staff daily at breakfast who were just awesome and looked after me ensuring I ate when I was feeling ill during my stay. The amazing BPSHNW & ANZER who cleaned my room and again were very attentive when I was ill, had lovely manners and nothing was too much for them. All the managers that work so hard ensuring the place runs smoothly and for remembering all guests names too! I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
