Beautiful building in an amazing location by the Marina / The Walk - walking into the building it all feels very luxurious. The apartment itself is ideal for a short stay in Dubai. Good facilities with washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms which is a bonus. Very clean and organised. There are steps down onto the beach front from level 5 which is handy. There is an incredible rooftop bar on the top floor of the hotel next door. Agent/Customer Service easily contactable.

The flat looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is in top condition. The location is good too
