Outstanding Service from SIDO & the palace downtown team I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by SIDO. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. SIDO greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, immediately making me feel welcomed and at ease after a long journey Throughout my stay, He was incredibly attentive and proactive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Whether it was, assisting with my luggage, or ensuring my room was spotless and comfortable, SIDO truly demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like. What stood out most was his genuine passion for delivering an outstanding experience to each guest. He took the time to check in with me on several occasions, ensuring everything was to my liking and making adjustments to accommodate any special requests I had. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and care, and I can honestly say that SIDO and the palace team made my stay at palace downtown memorable. We received an upgrade to a suite with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa, it was stunning. Staff were very attentive and provided assistance when requested.
