Amazing stay from beginning to end! My favourite thing was the small attention to details and emphasis on the customer journey and experience. From check in you don’t feel like you’re at a normal hotel, it’s far more relaxing and a stress free check in. The rooms and amenities are incredible, staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Left feeling like a new person, with such good memories. My favourite detail was the fluffy slippers they give you and the memory foam rug sat next to the bed to make sure you’re constantly comfortable before getting into bed. Overall 10/10, couldn’t recommend high enough!

Exceptional. Everything was top notch specially room with burj Khalifa view and pool on 27 floor is out of this world . Staff is very respectful and cooperative. They have the best breakfast you can ever get so make sure get the room with the breakfast included 😂.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was absolutely to die for, and the service was excellent. Everything about our stay was amazing. They even gave us free branded beach bags and hats to take home—such a nice touch! Wow! I’ll definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10!
