The fine print
We are pleased to announce that the lobby has been fully renovated and reopened. Revo Café has also undergone a complete refurbishment and has been rebranded as Nomad Café, now fully operational. Renovations to the Spa and Gym have been completed, and both facilities are available for guest use.
Please note that there is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night that will be charged by the property.Kindly note the same credit card used to make the booking must be presented during check-in along with the valid photo ID. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Oaks reserves the right to refuse bookings with more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that the outdoor arrival area remains under renovation until 31-May 2026. We would like to say a big thanks to the reservation team of the hotel (specially to Rohith!) Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to visit the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel because we caught a cold and couldn't attend a journey. But we definitely can say that the reservation team was very helpful and patient, and helped us to resolve our case and get a total refund! We hope to get a chance soon to visit Dubai and finally stay at this hotel. But we highly recommend the team <3. Thanks a lot and all the best for you :)
