Everything... right from.the check in .. special mention to the front desk staff... excellent people... lovely warm smiles ... ready to help... they even provided early check in and changed our room upon request without any hassle...we loved our stay and as a family highly recommended this hotel...

The staff were well trained in their respective work area, every one was trying to give their best to ensure the guest are made comfortable. location was very near to the DXB airport and almost centrally located, which was hardly a 15-minute drive to downtown and dubai mall. Breakfast was good and have good options to try

This time the room was on the other side of the hotel and 2nd floor, however this side is totally amazing in contrast to my stay a week before, The room size and decor was excellent, beds was super comfy and the room was very large.
