Olivia “AMAZING STUDIO WITH GOOD LOCATION AND QUIET ENVIROMENT”

The place is in a very good location, especially if you want to be near the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the surrounding area. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away. The studios are beautiful and comfortable, and the building is modern, minimalistic, and very quiet. The admin, Fahim, was very kind and always assisted whenever we needed help. We had an issue with the washing machine, which was not working at all, but he immediately sent someone to fix it. The only suggestion I would make is that they should pay more attention to the mold around the studios, as it can be seen on the ceilings and some walls. This needs constant care and maintenance.

It was an excellent option for a 3 week stay while I looked for an apartment. Enjoyed the ease of parking, especially for my guests. Fahim and all the guards and staff were super helpful and polite, and always attentive. There is no room/cleaning service as it's not a hotel, but I managed quite alright. I would definitely recommend it to friends. P.s. LOVE that all the staff were kind to the cat outside. It made me like them more.

Its walkable from World trade metro and Has a reception that provides the key. completely hassle free. The Staff was polite and greeted us warmly. Also there is a nice lobby which good touch and nice interiors

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The location is perfect — just 5mins walk to the Metro, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were amazing: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile especially Mr. Fahim. My studio room was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with great facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a truly pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.
