Location is good, loud at times with the supercars down the Boulevard.

The apartment is new and nicely furnished. Location is good, if you like walking around. It's close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The flat is quite big, convenient and quiet. It's located on 40th flor. The view is not to Burj Khalifa, but it was not important for us. The apartment was clean and receptionists are very nice and kind. They helped us to get inside every time, because our access card was not working. There is a small grocery store just nearby, if you want to cook something or buy a snack. The guys, who care about the apartment guests are nice and we got hangers, for example. Because there were no hangers in wardrobe at all. But you have to ask for everything, what is missing.

They need to provide your access key for everything right away at the check instead u wait 24th to gain access to the whole building but the ppl who works their are cooperative to open the door for you but since u paid for it u should have full access right away
