From the moment of my transfer to the hotel, the experience was truly exceptional in every regard. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a level of hospitality that reflects the profound elegance and professionalism of the hotel management. Regarding the facilities, the rooms were impeccably clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a deeply comfortable stay. Helpful staff. The location is right next to the Gold Souk metro station which is very convenient for the airport as well as seeing the city. The beds were comfortable, the entire hotel is new and clean and the breakfast was outstanding. To top it off, there’s a pretty roof top pool. The place is perfect for a short stopover in Dubai. Our stay was very enjoyable.

I was very positively surprised by this Mercure Dubai Deira hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The reception in particular was very warm and welcoming, which created a great first impression. The room was clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool area was also pleasant and well designed – a nice place to relax after a long day. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable

Friendly staff, well located hotel. It is just a few mins away from Gold Souk metro station. Room and food are also quite good. Overall a wonderful stay
