Location is amazing. Staff were really very helpful specially the duty manager Mr. OSHADA. He help me to have car park and extend my checkout as well. The food in breakfast and lunch in open buffet is unforgettable.

- I think it has the best location of hotel in dubai; as it's almost in the middle of Shaikh Zaid Road, where you can go north oe east easily; also it's only few minutes away to Emirates Mall; - The size of the hotel apartments they have are really massive; like a one bedroom apartment can easily fit for a small family with kids, as they put a convertible couch in the living room; - The cleanliness in the rooms are really clear; and the A/C is really good and was really cold although the very hot weather outside; - You can have A LOT of services in the hotel, the cafe, the restaurant, they have also a sport bar; and many other things and services.

The hotel was really very good. the apartment was specious and comfortable, everything was available and the beds are really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always smiling and respecting the guests. Everything is available at hotel there is a mini supermarket and an ATM machine, the Pharmacy is next door from the hotel, there is Costa Coffee near the Reception area and a tourist desk as well. The breakfast was really very good, delicious and a variety of food for all the tastes. The hotel is close to the Metro station and many taxis are available on site. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from Emirates mall and 15 minutes from Dubai mall. 25 minutes from IMG world and 40 minutes from Dubai parks. And 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport. I would like to thank the staff Rustam and Diana from the reception and Mr. Raqeeb. They were very helpful and friendly. Definitely, I will stay here again in the future with my family.
