We were travelling a lot worldwide and this one of the best and definitely the best in Dubai. The apartment is modern, large and comfortable and has everything you need inside. The balconies are big, the bed is large and comfortable. From the first day we arrived we had an excellent service and attentivness of the staff. The breakfasts and dinners in Commodore Club were perfect. Thanks to Diana and Daisy. The swimming pool is large, clean and private. The special, exceptional thanks to Gulnur, Carolina and Olga from guest relationship and also to the entire reception team of Residences. We had our marriage anniversary celebrating here and they prepared for us the unforgettable surprise, it was amazing experience!

Warm Comfortable & Friendly, I have travelled a lot but not come across Staff like Marsa al Arab....you become part of their family when you stay here

All of the staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and genuinely made me feel really special. From the thoughtful personalised items I received to the welcome bottle of champagne, every detail made me feel like I could ask for anything. The team truly take the time to get to know you, which instantly makes you feel at home. The apartment itself was stunning, and I’m pretty sure I was upgraded—thank you so much for that! Waking up to stunning views made my trip unforgettable. Breakfast was 10/10 and housekeeping did a great job. I also loved having the choice between the main pool and the residence pool, and the complimentary buggy service was such a clever and convenient touch. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I will most definitely be back!
