Very good hotel with nice staff working . Abdul Rahim and jigmesh from reception and all the concierge staff was very helpful . Thanks to Islam nahidul and the other one who was the restaurant in charge gave an excellent service . The kitchen staff was just amazing . Room for the price is v. good . I would like to thank the management of this hotel for having such good and polite staff .

The hotel is literally just 2 mins or less away from the Banayas Square Metro station so it's one of the most convenient hotels you could ever take when visiting Dubai without having to use Uber or Careem for each trip. The room was excellent, spacious, with all the amenities in order and WiFi working 100% Our breakfast was included and the items were changed everyday so each day was varied in its breakfast offerings. The dishes were also delicious as they are cooked by the hotel's in house restaurant. The restaurant is also open 24 hours and their menu set is hard to beat, delicious, with 3 dishes and many options to choose from, and at a price you couldn't easily find anywhere else in Dubai. Their staff was the best part of our experience though, they were attentive and very helpful.

Reasonably sized and furnished room with a work desk. Everything in room as was shown in photos. Room and the hotel was maintained clean. Breakfast was good and staff was great. I requested the hotel to retain my bags in the luggage locker after my checkout in the morning, until I pick them up again in the evening. My bags were kept safe and I was allowed a reasonable space to re pack my bags and freshen up before leaving to airport. The location of the hotel was good requiring only short walks for all needs.
