Possibly best location in Marina and gorgeous view. Everything is very close. Very responsive host, convenient parking. Many restaurnts around

Location is wonderful, very close to mostly everything you need: Supermarkets (Carrefour) is just down the building, Pharmacy, Clinic, Restaurants (in the heart of JBR). - View is amazing from all over the apartment especially the master room, it has panoramic sea view. The apartment is located in floor 32. - Balcony was a great addition, we enjoyed the view of Dubai Eye every night. - Beds are comfortable and clean. - Washing machine is a great addition especially for families who travel with children. - Microwave, toaster, American coffee machine (bring your own coffee and filter) - The location is very known to food delivery drivers (Rimal Tower 2) didn't face any trouble with it. - AC and Hot Water available all the time. - We had a complementary housekeeping for one time, we thank the host for it. -WiFi speed is excellent - TV has Netflix app, we used our account and enjoyed it. - There is a PlayStation but we didn't use it. - I recommend this place to families

Beautiful view! The apartment's decor and the view from the balcony or master bedroom compensate for all minor shortcomings. I recommend it to everyone who likes the atmosphere of JBR beach and the view of Ain Dubai. Additionally, very nice apartment staff.
